CleanAir Paint Sprayer
Patent Pending

Manufacturing Licenses Available

...This is paint-spray system which combines the conventional shop paint spray gun and air hose with a 2-1/4 inch diameter vacuum hose of the standard shop vac, to collect stray fumes that normally float off to settle on things and create a health hazard. Rather than having a large, expensive paint-spray hood, use the HinesLab CleanAir Pro-Sprayer to catch fumes at the source.

...The CleanAir Sprayer is an inexpensive and indispensable tool for auto body shops and furniture makers where paint and varnishes are sprayed, and where expensive ventilation systems are currently required.

...For consumers and home use, there is a CleanAir SprayTach with a 1-1/4" diameter hose of the home vacuum cleaner, and which then attaches to the standard spray-paint can. As you spray, the stray fumes that would normally float off in air, will be pulled into the vacuum cleaner.

...In both models of the CleanAir Sprayer, the opening of the vacuum tube is positioned at a sufficient distance from the spray nozzle so as to pull loose spray and fumes but not interfere with the painting operation. The CleanAir SprayTach can also be used with cans of pesticide to reduce breathable fumes.
